Job Description
To strengthen our international finance team, we are looking for an Accounting & Finance Officer (m/f/d).
In this role, you will support accounting, reporting and administrative finance processes across multiple international entities and work closely with colleagues in both Hong Kong and Germany, as well as external partners and service providers. You will help ensure that financial processes remain structured, reliable and scalable while supporting the continued growth of our international group.
We are not necessarily looking for someone who already knows every accounting detail perfectly. More important to us is a structured and analytical mindset, reliability, curiosity and the willingness to learn and grow within an international environment. You should enjoy working with numbers, collaborating across cultures and gradually taking on more responsibility in areas such as accounting, reporting and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day financial related matters for all departments and future subsidiaries.
- Provide cash-flow forecast based on payment due dates to suppliers and customers.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to store financial records efficiently.
- Prepare monthly operating cost reports and propose means to optimize recurring costs (e.g. phone, licenses, rent, etc.)
- Support the assigned corporate secretary in interim- and annual closing and audits in accordance with Hong Kong Accounting Standards and other statutory requirements.
- Act as the right hand to the German-based CFO in banking matters if needed.
- Provide financial support to the line Department and assist the line department in forecasting and budget preparation.
- Adhoc assignment as and when required.
Qualifications – Skills and Capabilities
· Excellent ability to verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese is a must.
· Excellent time management, organizational skills with structured and organized workflow habits.
· Demonstrates awareness of financial factors that drives own serviceably.
· Strong analytical mind, aptitude for numbers and attention to detail.
· Strong skills in MS office (MS Excel, MS Teams) is a must.
· Ability to learn to use new software quickly.
· Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications – Experience
- HKCC standard with a pass in English (Syll B) or grade-2 in English.
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an international context, preferably in an SME.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations in Hong Kong.
- Understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching if relates to accounting issues.
- Experience in analyzing large data sets using Excel Pivot tables, experience in Power BI and MS Access is preferred.
- Experience in using accounting software is strongly desired.
